Monday, August 18

First, on the subject of talking ALL OF THE TIME (I don't know where I get this trait from?!), I have started waving and saying "bye-bye" whenever my Mommy or Daddy leave the house AND when I drop things on the floor (which is frequently!). I am SO big! Second, on the subject of teething ALL OF THE TIME, my seventh tooth broke through my bottom gum yesterday. And third, on the subject of swimming ALL OF THE TIME, I went to the pool with my "twin sister" and my "big brother" today. I've attached new photos below:

Sunday, August 17

Since I am SO big, I eat TABLE FOOD now. This weekend alone, I ate homemade chicken and whole wheat noodle soup, whole wheat spaghetti with ground turkey sauce, whole wheat pancakes (Papa...I LOVE whole wheat everything and actually refused to eat white bread at lunch today!), and congee (Chinese porridge). I've attached a photo of me eating spaghetti below. Also, I've attached some photos of me playing on the floor today. As you can see from the last photo, I want to be like SHAWN JOHNSON when I get a little older!

First, I am quite the little MERRIAM-WEBSTER these days. This morning while cuddling with my Mommy after I woke up, I started playing PEEK-A-BOO with my blanket. Each time I uncovered my face, I would smile at my Mommy and say BOOOO. Second, my Mommy took me for a drive after my bath last night. As you can see from the video attached below, she is NOT a very good driver (some of you MAY have already known that though!). Third, in the video attached below, you can also see how quickly I can pull up on furniture now:

Tuesday, August 12

I've got a new "word" (sound)! In addition to Mama, Dada, Apa (Papa), Gaga (Grandma), Hey (in response to hello), and Nigh-nigh (when Mommy puts me to bed), I've started saying "Ot-oooh" at various times during the day. For example, I say "Ot-oooh" each time I drop something (like my spoon at meal time) or I get stuck (under furniture, toys, etc.) and can't get myself unstuck. Today at lunch, I said "Ot-oooh" while grinning from ear-to-ear after smashing two bites of banana in to my hair. I've attached a video of my new favorite word/sound below:
