Well, I am officially a MOPPIT! Yep, that's right. My mommy and I finally visited the MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group at one of the nice churches near where we live and we LOVED it! My mommy met several other stay-at-home mommies who have kiddos under the age of five. As well, I met a couple of little girls who are only 4 and 6 months older than me. What a day! I've attached a photo from the MOPS meeting below. Despite all of the mommy chatter (and there was A LOT of mommy chatter!), I slept through the entire meeting.

Monday, November 5

FOUR TIMES! I went to the doctor for my nine-weeks well visit today and she immunized me (whatever that means!) FOUR TIMES. Even though I disliked my immunizations substantially, the doctor did give me good news...I am healthy and growing! In fact, I now weigh 11 pounds, 2 ounces (75%) and I am measuring 23 1/2 inches long (95%). I've attached a photo from my trip to the doctor below:

Today was a VERY good day as well! This morning, my daddy gave me a "no-polish" mani-pedi. This afternoon, I took a nap "with" my mommy and we went to visit some very special friends of ours who just has a baby! This evening, we celebrated my (belated!) two-month birthday, as I fell asleep at 7:30 last night and missed the party. Check out the VERY fun photos from THIS VERY good day below:

Today was a VERY good day because I turned two months old! To celebrate, some of our very special friends from home came to visit us in our new city. These are the expressions I made this morning when my mommy started dancing (yes, dancing!) around the bedroom because I slept eight (count 'em EIGHT!) consecutive hours last night. She is SO silly just because I am such a good sleeper!

Well, she finally caught me! My mommy finally snapped a photo of my ornery eyes and my beautiful smile. Over the last several weeks, we've played a very fun game where I smile and smile and smile, and then as soon as my mommy gets the camera, I put on a straight face! Today, she caught me and I must admit, I am pretty darn CUTE when I smile.

Well, it's official...I love (really love) to SLEEP (please see photo evidence below)! In fact, I've spoiled my mommy and daddy with 6+ hours of consecutive sleep over the last three nights. I've also enjoyed 3+ hours of sleep during the last three afternoons. I've said it before, and I'll say it again...my mommy and daddy are SO lucky to have a Katie like me!
